Hello! I’m Jarrad Neilson, the proud owner of Big Country Construction. Nestled in the heart of Maffra, I live with my wonderful wife, Krystal, and our beautiful children. My journey in the building industry has been a lifelong passion, deeply rooted in my family’s legacy of craftsmanship.

From a young age, I was inspired by my grandfather, who was also a builder. Following in his footsteps, I explored various roles after school, but it wasn’t until I took the leap and moved to Melbourne to undertake my carpentry apprenticeship that my true path became clear. Over 3.5 years in the bustling city, I honed my skills, developed my trade, and cultivated a genuine love for construction.

Returning home to Gippsland as a qualified carpenter, I was eager to contribute to my community and bring my vision to life. With the support of my wife Krystal, I set out to make my mark in the building industry, offering quality workmanship and a personal touch to every project.
